With utmost humility, we appeal to the beloved Sangat to support a critical seva project at Gurdwara Sachkhand Darbar Hamden CT – the replacement of the severely deteriorated roof of the kitchen used to prepare Guru Ka Langar.

Over the years, the kitchen roof has suffered extensive wear and tear due to age and weather conditions. It is now leaking in multiple areas, compromising not only the structure but also the safe and hygienic preparation of Langar served with love and devotion to the Sangat.

This space is the heart of daily seva, where countless volunteers come together in humility to prepare and serve meals to all—regardless of background. To continue this sacred seva (Guru Ramdass JI’s Langar) without disruption, we must act now.

Project Cost Estimate: $10,000 (Plus) – Estimated

This includes:

  • Full roof replacement

  • New plywood sheeting where needed

  • Weatherproofing and labor

  • Plus other enhancements Including internal Painting & Cleaning.

We humbly request each member of the Sangat to contribute generously toward this essential project. No amount is too small when given with devotion.
